Ta Music Factory is now a truly international company but retains its strong Southall roots. Its confidence to take on any television or photographic production work lies in the network of freelance expertise, about 60 associates in all, who are on hand to work on projects when called upon. Some of these were once Ta Music Factory trainees, and are spread across the entire television production spectrum, from treatments and scripts, through single or multi-camera shoots, to all aspects of post-production. Ta Music Factory policy is to achieve results in-house where possible, but always to add to the team with external expertise where necessary.
